Services Provided
The practice provides maternity care, contraceptive services, child health surveillance services and minor surgery. In addition we also have an in-house Counsellor and a Clinical Psychologist.

Health Visitor
The Health Visitor holds a clinic at the surgery on Wednesdays between 10:00am and 12:00 noon. The Health Visitor can be contacted on 01726-890628 (answerphone).
Midwife
The Midwife holds a clinic at the surgery on Tuesdays between 10:00am and 12:30pm. This clinic is by appointment. The Midwife can be contacted on 01726-291228 (answerphone).
Distric Nurses
The District Nurses provide care to patients in their own homes. Your doctor will arrange for a District Nurse to visit you if it is appropriate. The Clay Area Nurses can be contacted by telephone on 01726-891998 (answerphone).
Non NHS Services
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery.
